These terms describe the text messaging program of Nha Viet Lending LLC, 3813 Yakima Ave Ste B, Tacoma, WA 98418. When you text us or provide your number through our website or a loan application, you agree to these terms.
We text you about your loan inquiry or active loan file only: document requests and reminders, loan status updates, appointment scheduling, and answers to your questions. Every message is individual and conversational, tied to your specific file. We do not send mass marketing messages, and we do not sell or promote third-party products by text.
Frequency varies with your loan activity. While your file is active you may receive several messages per week. When your file is quiet, you may go weeks without a message. There is no fixed schedule or subscription.
Opting out of text messaging does not affect your loan application or our service to you; we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, signal, and device settings.
Your SMS consent and mobile number are used only to communicate with you about your loan. We do not sell, rent, or share your number or your consent with any third party for their own purposes. Our full data practices are in our Privacy Policy.
